Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Thought to Keys collects, why, and how it is protected. The site is operated by A.T.S.A.I.M.I. Collective Inc., doing business as Dominion Lending Centres A.I.M.I. Collective Mortgage Group, in Surrey, British Columbia.

What we collect

Through the forms on this site we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you give about your stage in the home-buying journey, how you earn income, your timeline and whether you already have a realtor. Professionals applying to join the network also provide their company, licence or registration number, and areas served. We do not collect financial account details, government identification or credit information through this site.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right person in Asim Ali's office.
  • To introduce you, with your consent, to independent professionals for the stage you are at.
  • To verify a professional's licensing with their regulator before they join the network.
  • To send you home-buying updates by email, only if you tick the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe from every message.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with any professional until you have agreed to the introduction. Our automation and hosting providers process it only on our instructions. A mortgage application, which involves identity verification and credit reporting, is a separate process completed through the brokerage's secure application system with its own consents.

Consent and withdrawal

Submitting a form is your consent to the uses described above. You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by contacting the privacy officer below. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue to help with your enquiry.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept in the brokerage's customer relationship system for as long as needed to respond to you and as required by the Mortgage Services Act and related rules for records of a licensed brokerage. Access is limited to staff who need it. Information is stored with providers who maintain industry-standard safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to work and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you personally. No advertising trackers are placed without your consent.
